The Politico and other sources are reporting Obama’s response to the Hillary red phone ad. This is beautiful, really. He has taken her scare tactic and tossed it back at her wonderfully.

The Clinton campaign may file a lawsuit to challenge the methods of the Texas Democratic Primary and Caucus. I guess that the Texas Democratic party doesn’t have the right to set the rules of their contest as they see fit. I mean if Hillary doesn’t like it, then it has to change.

Honestly, this sort of tactic is beyond the pale. When I heard that she wanted to fight to get the MI and FL delegates seated I thought she was going too far, but now that seems like a minor infraction in comparison.

If we average the most recent polls we get:

This is bad news for Hillary. Texas is a state she was supposed to win by a large margin. Further, it’s a state she HAS to win by a large margin to have any chance at the nomination.
