I've been asked to serve as the U.S. Editor for Bookmunch. I, of course, said 'yes' right away. Sure, it isn't a paying gig in any traditional way, but it does mean free books for life. Imagine that: I can contact publishing houses requesting review copies of upcoming releases and they will send them to me. This is like some crazy dream come true.

In other news: Magazine of the Dead is reporting on something fascinating happening at a place called Prospero's Books. Check out the story and do what needs to be done.
