If you're pissing every 30 minutes, you're doing it right.
Don't eat after 7pm. Within 1 hour of bedtime take 3mg of Melatonin. You can also take 3 capsules of Magnesium and 4 capsules of calcium citrate. Also, try drinking chamomile tea before bedtime. Lastly, don't use any commecial nose spray. If you have a stuffy nose and you're going to sleep, use saline nose drops.
Bottom line is to stay away from anything that would be messing with your system. Your body will reset itself from caffiene, drugs, alchohol, watever - you just need water to rinse it out.
