I was able to play with an active iPhone tonight at the new Apple Store in Tulsa OK. I was pleased to see that the phones were fully functional and, being a total geek, I called myself. For a moment I considered calling some other people who might appreciate the situation, but I let that pass.

I think there might have been a few issues with the iPhone I was playing with because the unwashed masses had handled it for 12 hours a day since the 29th. It would only stay on the browser for a split second, and iTunes would crash out of the file browser if you tried to flip through the files. I don't think this is common with the iPhone, but honestly I really don't know. Still, it was enough to make me feel that if I ever had an extra $600 lying around, I might put it toward one of them.

I did make a purchase while at the store, a new firewire cable. I needed one anyway, and the price was surprisingly reasonable. I like the size of this store much more than the one in KC. It is a lot bigger. One downside, however, is that it's in the mall so there are a lot more random folks messing around on the machines.

Yes, I know. I am a loser, but I had a good time just the same.

I feel like such a good little automaton. I had my little "less than 3oz." bottles of shampoo, etc. all baggied up in a nice clear bag. I already knew that I needed to remove my Macbook from its case and put it in its own little rubbermaid box. Oops! I got a little over-exuberant and put my ticket and ID into the box too. The friendly security lady chuckled superiorly as she retrieved it. "Silly little passenger, don't you know you're in my world now?" and I smiled and nodded my agreement as I retrieved my bags and shoes so I could continue on my way to my gate. I always arrive at least an hour early because I love to pay for internet access that cuts out every 15 minutes and will go away forever in an hour, unless I want to pay another $6, and who knows? I might! I paid $5 for a coffee and cheese danish just a few minutes ago! That's pretty economical in airport currency. I'm just so damn glad to be here!

They were all hot and steamy in less than a minute, and as I undressed them I knew by their luscious texture&perfect size that I was REALLY going to enjoy these boys.

I can tell you this for certain, they were probably the best I have ever had.
