so now i've been in VA for a couple days.. i can't wait till i move down for good! :D i'm really looking forward to living with megan and doug now.. we've been spending the last couple days looking for houses to rent or townhouses. whichever. :D

i had an interview this morning.. and it went great!! i'm 99.7% guaranteed the job, which is just awesome! :D i seriously cannot wait. things are starting to fall together.. and it's making me feel like maybe life on the whole does look up eventually, because mine sure seems to be doing just that!

i'm going back to upj sunday, and then i have a week to spend with dennis and my upj people, then it's home for the month of may to work at ponderosa, then it'd to waynesboro, VA for work and good living!

i got the sixth season of Buffy on dvd, so that's nice. it's my favorite season, with the musical episode and the end where willow goes all freaky w/ black magic. hehehe.. yeah...

i'm trying to spend as much time with my j-town buddies before i leave on the 24th, because when i leave, i'm gone. of course, i'll see those that matter again, and probably often. and at the end of the summer dennis will be moving to va w/ me. so i'm pumped..

i called ponderosa and i work there for the month of may. then who knows? either more ponderosa up in state college, or working w/ kids in Va with megan. instead of living with my best friend in Va, i'm going to live with her brother and his fiancé. i can't wait! we're either renting a townhouse or an actual house. and we're gonna have dogs. and maybe a cat or two. :D

i've started moving things back home from the dorm. it's looking empty now. : like.. really empty. :( i hate college, and i don't particularly like the dorm itself, but i will miss the actual room. the roomie and i have it decorated... as in, stuff everywhere. it looks awesome. and now it's being cleaned out. *sigh* oh well, all (maybe only most) good things must come to an end.

i'm going to virginia tomorrow till sunday, and am having an interview or two w/ the people i might work for this summer, then i have to have a drug test... i can't wait to see if i get hired!!!

i just got a letter from my biological father.

i hadn't heard from him since i was 3 or 4.

he wants me to contact him.

he wrote of all these happy memories he has.

i remember nothing.

am i supposed to feel something for a father that has no connection to me other than blood?

he signed the letter as 'your father'.. and it looked fake to me.

i'm weirded out.

i was exiting the bathroom, and the door didn't close properly when i pulled it as i walked out.. i was like, huh? then all of a sudden, my ring finger was on fire, and i realized that the door had swung its heavy bulk shut to bounce back off of the base of my fingernail, on the cuticle. needless to say, it scraped all the skin in that area off, and shoved my fingernail. and bled. and hurt like a fricker. and it is throbbing now. ouchy. :(

it hurts. :( i dislike pain associated with my fingers. i need those fingers for everything i do! *sigh* and i'm typing w/ one hand now, which is a pain in the ass that is taking forever..

heh.. right now there are 4 people sleeping in my room. 5 if you count me cuz i'm not really awake yet.. lol. it's rather amusing, the variety of people. i like watching people, studying them after a fashion.

people fascinate me.

as for life lately... "Everything's going so well!"

i have reached the exact state of mind that i wish to be in. it is a very good feeling to know where i want to be in life and to actually get there. *sigh* <--good sigh

i accidentally shaved my fingernail the other day when i was in the shower. the razor slipped. it's sort of a half moon shape. pretty annoying. and stings like hell. oh well. the worst part was that it didn't bleed. *shakes head*
