So tonight I found out I have a four page paper due tomorrow morning at eleven. Jeez. It sucks that I have to graduate - I sure am going to miss writing pointless analysis papers of plays by 17^th century Spanish writers. Tirso De Molina, if you can read this from the great beyond - you're an asshole.

In other news, Kate picked up Zelda: Twilight Princess on Black Friday... tomorrow I'm going to begin the adventure. So stoked.

You forget or aren't aware of a particular deadline and you immediately blame poor ol' Tirso? Besides, you're almost ready to graduate. A four-page paper on a work (I assume) you've already read should be nothing. Cake. Haven't you had to write those 50+ page term papers and stuff for English classes or anything?

I'm getting close to the end of Twilight Princess. It's a fun ride. I'm now in the midst of tracking down heart container pieces and othe such stuff.

How long did the game take you to complete (based on how soon you think you'll beat it)... I've heard a variety of things...

Upwards of 50 hours originally
70 hours or so for the first person to beat it at Nintendo
20 some hours from someone on the DCEmu forums

So what is it!?

I'm at about 50 hours, but I don't just play to win, I hunt for all the secrets.

That said, I've got 5 hearts left to go and another collection quest as well.

Playing to win, I'd say I could've done it in 25-30.

How long were the other Zeldas, give or take? 30 hours sadly isn't that bad for a game these days.
