One of my associates related in some way to GameStop informed me that they will begin takings pre-orders for the Wii early next week on either Monday or Tuesday. I would think this is universal for all GameStop stores, but I don't know for certain. Either way, exciting times in gaming await us.

Secondly, you know someone loves you when they let you borrow their Gamecube.

I found a game in development called Limbo. I must say, it looks unbelievable. One guy is in charge of production. The presentation of the game is done simply through silouettes, but the teaser trailer makes it look undeniably beautiful.

I'll be keeping my eye on this one.

So, I am finishing up The Shawshank Redemption. I hadn't seen it until now even though it's been out for 12 years. I have to say, though, it really is a pretty interesting flick. There are some interesting correlations to be made between the thematic elements of the film and certain morals in Christianity. Strength through suffering and the like. Not sure if it was intentional or not, but it's interesting anyways.

There was another film based on Stephen King to come out in the 90s and take place in prison too... and that also seemed to follow a similar way of alluding to a spiritual theme.

Check it out if you've been living under a rock for the past couple years or... if you're like me, I guess.
