fuzmeister: Quick Follow-Up Rant

WTF is this shit?!

What inspired me to post an old ad for crystal pepsi on Vent was "Paradise Mango Pepsi Next." I got this stuff super cheap over the weekend at a local grocery store. A 12-pack was on sale for $2.99 and the case had a manufacturer's coupon right on the side. The final price of entry for a 12-pack was $1.99 or under twenty cents per can.

The soda itself is weird, but alright. The low cost though got me remembering buying horrible pepsi blue ten years ago for about forty cents per bottle. How many ridiculous side sodas have there been through the years? I remembered diet pepsi jazz, diet coke with lemon, and even the weird coke that had coffee with it.

Jeez. We live in a country where there have been at least ten diet pepsi variants in just the past five years. I know everyone wants to make a buck, but give it a break, soda people... AND STOP PUTTING MANGOS IN MY COLA!

fuzmeister: Don't Know What's Worse...
1. Me taking time out of my life to watch the following video.
2. The fact that I actually drank this stuff two decades ago.

Then again, I was young and stupid in those days. Now, I'm just stupid.

Today marks the ten year anniversary of posting my first post on Ventilation. That post has since been removed, but I still remember the night I posted mundane details of watching fireworks on Vent. Crazy how time flies.

fuzmeister: Kickstarter was a success
Well, I'm living proof that any schmuck can use kickstarter to successfully finance a creative project.

We ended at over 100% of our goal - very humbling. I am very grateful.

The final mastering session (which the project's engineer and I will attend) is scheduled for 7/24. That means the album should be released in August as planned. W00t!
