Was Clerks II good... or not?

I'm seeing it on wednesday. But I hear good things about it.

Clerks II was awesome. There is a rant by Randall on the topic of racial slurs that is some of the best dialogue in a View Askew movie in quite some time.

It's no Dogma, but it takes spot No. 2 in my book.

I think Smith comissioned the Clerks animated movie after wrapping Jersey Girl. The guys that were supposedly doing it at that time were the guys who made the "Jen saves Ben" arcade game that Smith had made for Bennifer as a wrap gift. I haven't heard much about it since.

Terry saw it friday. He says that it is great. I'm going to see it wednesday night.

I'll be curious to see if Clerks II reorders my list.

I wanted Clerks II to be worthy as a sequel.

It was, and it stands on its own as well.

Clerks II is awesome.

Although, I'll have to agree with Jestmeister, not quite better than Dogma.

Great story, great dialogue, lots of swearing.

Yeah, I liked it.

Alright, all I'm going to say is that the movie did the original Clerks justice as a sequel - but with how high the bar was set as the view-askew-niverse grew, I don't know where it stands over all. It is a worthy sequel though.
