I sort of assume that J&SB Strike back is conterfactual history- a sidestep, if you will.
I assume that the 50 large is actually dope money.

I thought that J&SBSB was being omitted as well, until Jay showed up in his "Justice TLF" gettup at the end.

It's not unlike the Godzilla franchise. ClerksII is a direct sequel to Clerks, making no reference to the intervening films. Maybe we could include Chasing Amy and Mallrats, but the fantastical Dogma and cartoonish JASBSB (as entertaining as they were) inflict no damage on this movie.
