This election cycle is strange. It’s much longer than is normal, which has completely altered the dynamics in play. In any other election year each party would have a clear front runner by the time Iowa came around. This year that isn’t the case.
On the Democratic side it seems to be a coin toss between Obama and Clinton. The latest polls show that in Iowa Obama is ahead, but his lead is within the margin of error.
In other news: Super Mario Galaxy is the video game equivalent of crack. Days vanish in a haze because of this evil, evil game. I now dream of bouncing over planets collecting star bits and searching for grand stars.

Sadly, most of these polls list a margin of error of around +/- 5%, which gives them the ability to alter gaps by as much as 10%.
It'll all make even less sense after the caucus.
