John McCain’s Economic guru Phil Gramm (the man most responsible for the housing crises) says that Americans are whiners and the bad economy is all in their head. Gramm is echoing a sentiment that McCain himself has offered many times: per McCain the U.S. economy is fundamentally sound and our economic woes are psychological. The idea is laughable at best.
So stop whining and get used to crippling poverty or else old man McCain will take away your prozac.
