Social Security is in trouble. Some estimates suggest that without changes it will not remain solvent for very many years (due largely to the number of baby boomers retiring). We can fix Social Security by lifting the income cap on the S.S. Payroll tax (which is regressive anyway) and by means testing benefits. That’s my plan.
